Dark Mist is a roguelike deckbuilding card game centered on battles against waves of monsters and the gradual growth of a deck. The hero’s health is tied to the number of cards: whenever damage is taken, an enemy takes a card, and the game ends if the deck runs out.
Enemies appear in rows, making the order of attacks and kills important to the course of each battle. Victories grant experience and levels, allowing new cards to be added to the deck. The three card types are attacks, skills, and curses. Six classes offer different combat styles, alongside a standard mode, a Custom Mode, and a Daily Challenge.
