A tactical strategy game with action and RPG elements, in which a special forces squad investigates the source of a dangerous outbreak. The player commands four soldiers as they explore the districts of Harbor City, uncovering dynamically generated areas and fighting a variety of enemies.
Combat unfolds in real time, while Command Mode lets the player direct the whole squad and plan tactics on the fly. Side quests reward the squad with experience to improve its core and tactical abilities, as well as rare ammunition, weapons, and gear.
