A card-drafting strategy game about collecting cats and building a cattery. Players take three cards at a time, choosing cats, food, toys, costumes and other items to score points and form useful sets. Complete sets grant bonuses, while feeding every cat in the cattery and adopting strays can earn additional points. Players must also consider which cards their opponents may take.
The game ends when the deck runs out, and the player with the most points wins. Cat Lady - The Card Game offers matches against AI opponents at three difficulty levels, ranked games, and local multiplayer for up to four players.
