This adventure visual novel follows Yuuki Yamato, a boy who models himself on his favorite comic-book superhero and tries to protect his friend Haruna from bullies. After another failure, Haruna tells him she is moving away, but Yamato cannot bring himself to see her off. He then encounters the Memory Collector, who grants wishes in exchange for memories, and asks to become Dengeki Stryker.
Years later, a cyborg army from the Balbora Empire appears in the city where Haruna lives. The police and military are powerless against its mechanical forces, leaving a hero who resembles Dengeki Stryker to face them. Cho Dengeki Stryker All Ages Version retains the superhero story while removing explicit adult content.
