This third-person action shooter takes place in an open-world New York City and follows former street racer Dan Miles, now a detective recruit in the Criminal Overturn Program, or C.O.P. Alongside his mentor, Detective Brad Winter, he investigates a series of terrorist attacks. After Brad is falsely arrested, Dan returns undercover to the streets and uncovers a conspiracy that threatens the city.
Players drive through the city, take on missions and engage enemies in shootouts, using the stylus to aim and spy on terrorists. Dan’s PDA provides tools for planning SWAT assaults, setting up roadblocks, summoning an ambulance and locating targets through the city’s camera system. The game features 60 missions.
