CROSS†CHANNEL: Steam Edition is a visual novel about eight members of a school broadcasting club who return from a disastrous trip to find their school deserted. The story takes place at Gunjo Gakuin, a school for people the government considers unfit for society. With no sign of anyone else and tensions running high, the former friends face the fallout from their strained relationships.
The students relive the same week, trying to resolve their differences and repair their friendships. As the club president works alone to assemble a broadcast antenna, the others must confront whether they can cooperate again and send a signal to any possible survivors. The story features multiple routes.
