This educational point-and-click adventure follows the preparations for a surprise birthday party for Kayla. Fatty Bear, Matilda Rabbit and Gretchen the Doll have to find ingredients for a cake and decorate the house overnight, while keeping a puppy from running off with their things.
The player explores the rooms and treehouse, clicking on objects to see how they respond: toys come to life, and items may play music, dance or fly. Activities include finding missing letters, counting while bowling and blowing up balloons, and tasks that develop memory and perception. The activities and surprises encountered vary between playthroughs.
