A strategy game with action elements about commanding an army and fighting for control of the map. The player gathers resources, builds a force and leads it into battle to break through enemy formations and capture fortresses.
Battles depend on positioning and tactics: troops can ambush and surround the enemy, or archers can attack while infantry holds a narrow passage. Victories provide an advantage in the war, and fleeing enemies must be pursued before they can return to the fight.
