A virtual reality action game about gladiatorial combat in ancient Rome, Gladius follows a fighter battling in the arena to win freedom. Combat uses swords, shields, and a bow; players can block strikes, throw weapons, and slow time. Progress unlocks additional weapons, shields, and helmets, while the crowd reacts to the fighter’s actions.
In The Games mode, the gladiator must survive seven days in the Colosseum across themed arenas. Arena mode offers challenges with leaderboards, while Training lets players customize weapons, enemies, and match duration, and fight alone or alongside NPCs. The game also supports community-created mods.
