Legends of Aethereus

This third-person fantasy role-playing game takes place on Aethereus, a planet recovering from the devastation of three Great Skyfalls. The discovery of the Gauldron Tablets reveals the existence of seven ancient relics, sparking a search for the artifacts and their promised power. The player is a citizen of the Nexus City-State, tasked with finding them while facing the Serpentica Shamans of Ghalia, the Khagal tribes, and the forces of the Venatan Empire led by General Zhorgal.

Online cooperative expeditions let players take the role of an Inventor or Officer. They can tackle handcrafted, story-driven expedition levels or explore the wilderness through procedurally generated quests. Character development follows an expansive skill tree that supports different strategies, while gear and weapons can be designed and built.
