This first-person adventure puzzle follows the investigation of a fire that destroyed River Heights Town Hall. Nancy Drew is accused of arson and must find the real culprit while trying to clear her name, with help from her friends Bess, George, and Ned. The group searches Nancy’s hometown for clues and works to restore her reputation.
Suspect interviews play a part in the investigation, and their answers vary depending on which character asks the questions. The investigation also involves identifying fingerprints at the police lab, exploring the Drew home and Nancy’s room, and sorting evidence. Players can choose between Junior and Senior Detective difficulty levels.
