This first-person detective adventure combines puzzles with point-and-click controls in a haunted Victorian mansion in San Francisco. Nancy Drew arrives at a friend's invitation to help renovate the building, but soon investigates a series of mysterious accidents and tries to discover who—or what—is behind them.
The player searches rooms for clues and encounters suspects and apparitions. The investigation involves a séance, hidden doors and tunnels, broken glass, and suspicious fires; Nancy suspects that greed, as well as supernatural forces, may be involved.
