Nebulous is a physics-based puzzle game about Commander Dash Johnson, an astronaut trapped in space and searching for wormholes that may lead to freedom. Players rearrange objects so gravity and momentum can carry him through maze-like levels to the exit.
Each level can contain up to five playfields arranged as a cube. Players rotate the level and move objects, then release Johnson and watch him navigate hazards such as unreliable gravity, trampolines, conveyor belts, and lasers on his way to the wormhole. His fully voiced dialogue reflects his growing doubts about what is happening around him.
