PoxNora is a collectible, turn-based tactical online strategy game about armies of fantastical creatures fighting in a fantasy world. Before a match, each player builds a deck called a Battlegroup from runes—cards representing champions, spells, relics, and equipment. The Battlegroup determines the tactics available, while the opponent’s cards remain unknown until the battle begins.
During a match, players gain Nora, a resource used to deploy champions, cast spells, place relics, and use equipment. Champions move across the map, attack, and use special abilities by spending action points. Capturing neutral sources on the battlefield provides additional Nora, and the game world is divided into territories associated with different factions.
