This turn-based strategy game with real-time combat follows Tony Montana’s rise in Miami’s drug cartel underworld in 1983. The goal is to defeat rival cartels and take over the city one territory at a time, becoming its kingpin.
In the story-driven single-player mode, players complete missions based on scenes from the film and make strategic decisions as they expand their holdings. A larger territory brings more opponents and new opportunities to profit from drug trafficking, while Tony commands henchmen and hired gunmen. The multiplayer mode supports up to four players, each leading a criminal cartel. They begin by claiming parts of Miami, then compete to make money and conquer territory.
