This surreal point-and-click adventure follows O'Sirus the Snip, a paper farmer who sets out to earn a place in the royal guard of the Knobbly Crook. To rise through its ranks, he relies on dirty tricks and learns the rules of a world where stone creatures crush metallic Knobbcrookians, who in turn herd paper animals.
The story begins with O'Sirus on trial for crimes he has yet to commit, before he becomes a stowaway aboard a ship that is part horse, part boat, and part whale. The player explores the surroundings and torments the unsuspecting crew in an attempt to change the ship's course and reach the Knobbly Crook.
