A school-life RPG about self-discovery, VARLET follows a student newly transferred to Kousei Academy, where another world has appeared within the school. Strange creatures dwell there, and some people have been replaced by monsters; the protagonist and their friends must fight to save the academy from imminent destruction.
As a member of Student Support Services, the protagonist helps other students with their problems and spends time with friends after school. Battles use the Timeline Command system, with two fighting styles: a Leader who supports allies and a Ruler who dominates the battlefield with powerful skills.
