This turn-based empire-building strategy spans 6,300 years, from early history to a science-fiction future. Players develop a settlement and guide a society through the ages, making decisions about economics, diplomacy, trade, science, and warfare.
Call to Power 2 combines city growth and management with diplomacy, trade, and combat. Its strategic systems include adjustments to pacing and balance, while opponents with distinct AI personalities shape the course of play.
