This futuristic arcade shooter centers on continuous combat across a series of stages. Also known as RAYFORCE, Galactic Attack is distinguished by cinematic presentation and layered raster scrolling.
The game offers a simplified control mode and an arcade-style mode, alongside automatic and manual firing options. Automatic firing handles both the standard weapon and the lock-on laser without separate buttons, while manual firing gives each its own control. The display can be enlarged or shown in its original size, and separate rankings are available for each stage and game mode.
