An expansion for Gratuitous Space Battles centered on a race of parasites that travels the galaxy in search of new host species roughly every 200 years. After relying on a weakened population on their home planet, the parasites begin capturing and screening candidates from other species, using their battle fleet to find suitable hosts.
The expansion adds 10 parasite ships: four cruisers, three frigates, and three fighters. New equipment includes a flak cannon with area-of-effect damage, a rapid-fire weapon that launches plasma torpedoes, and an electronic countermeasure device that sends incoming missiles back toward the attacking ship.
