This fantasy role-playing adventure combines pinball with a story about a band of medieval misfits seeking to reclaim the world from dark, ancient magic. The characters are represented by balls, each with its own size, weight, and stats; meeting new characters unlocks equipment and abilities.
Players progress through campaign levels, solve physics-based puzzles, and battle regular enemies, elites, and bosses using flippers and nudges to control the balls. As the party levels up, its stats and special abilities can be upgraded, while loot includes gold, power-ups, and treasure. Arena Mode features five boards, and the difficulty can be changed between two settings. Rollers of the Realm won a Best in Play award at GDC Play 2014.
