Set during a futuristic World War III, this military strategy game puts the player in command of an army fighting for one of three factions: the U.S.-led Joint Strike Force, the European Enforcers Corps, or the Russian Spetsnaz Guards Brigade. Battles take place on real-world locations across Europe and the United States, including Washington, Paris, and Moscow.

Units can be directed with conventional controls or by voice commands. The camera can zoom in on the battlefield, where terrain and cover shape engagements and destructible environments change during combat. Armies can be tailored to a preferred tactical style by raising unit ranks and unlocking upgrades for vehicles and weapons.
