A fighting game in the Virtua Fighter series, it recasts the characters of Virtua Fighter 2 in a super-deformed childlike style with oversized heads. Despite their appearance, the fighters retain some adult traits from their original versions, including muscles, facial hair and breasts.
Combat is based on Virtua Fighter 2, with slight gameplay changes, while the music plays at a faster pace. The Sega Saturn version adds video sequences and programmable button inputs that let players test and use preset combos.
